Azura’s MOSAIC Dreams program was excited to make a very special best day come true for a resident in our Eau Claire home. Working with St. Croix Hospice, students from the Chippewa Valley Technical College Cosmetology Department, and Conn Artists Photography, we were able to make Titsas DREAM spa day a reality.
