Core Value Story: EXCEPTIONAL
Jill is admired for taking on new challenges and roles throughout the company, always wanting to make exceptional improvements, and for always being respectful of other’s thoughts and opinions. Jill is continuously respectful of all team members, residents, her peers, and family members.
She has never failed to make sure that our residents, houses, and all of our staff have everything they need to complete their days. She interacts with residents daily, especially helping new move-ins get acclimated to their new home and helping them to feel comfortable during this new change in their lives. She is constantly thinking forward and out of the box. She works to be innovative, thinking of new ways to make resident experiences better, and ways to make her team members, as well as her peers, thrive in their positions.
While Jill wears several hats, she also has a stellar track record with retaining team members. Jill is a mentor, works to ensure her direct reports grow and she shows a great deal of respect to them. She is positive, a great leader, and will step into any situation with a smile and a positive attitude knowing that all can be fixed, conquered and improved! Not only does she show this in her daily dedication to Azura, but she has the ability to shine that positive attitude down to any team she works with.
