Core Value Story: EXCEPTIONAL
Tammy has been brought up several times in regards to her excellent work ethic, compassion, and willingness to be a team player. She has gone above and beyond to tell others about Azura and has given many successful assessments and tours.
She is recognized by her team members as always being available to help during very trying times. In one instance, when a team member was on vacation, Tammy stepped up and took over the process of 3 admissions in one week. She was instrumental in helping Monroe assist these families in their time of need. This act not only helped the families, but also helped the team.
She has been very innovative in her approach of creating and maintaining relationships with her referral sources. She even sent out cookies for Alzheimer’s Awareness month to show appreciation for their help. She has truly been exceptional to not only everyone around her, but also in the work she has done for her team members and residents!
